The Health Systems Innovation Lab at London South Bank University is holding a Safari Coproduction Conference

This safari conference takes you on a journey of visiting places that are making coproduction work, bringing the best of community and citizen’s energy and assets and the best of professional services together.

The programme for the day includes:

Morning: Visits (09.00 – 13.00)

You choose a visit for the morning and then travel from the visits with your hosts to be in Leeds for lunch at 13.30

Visit 1: Rochedale Intermediate Care

Visit 2: Shared Lives in Bolton

Visit 3: Asset Based Community Development in Leeds

Visit 4: Primary Care and partnership with population – Robin Lane Health and Wellbeing Centre, Leeds

Visit 5: Altogether Better bringing clinicians, patients and citizens together to deliver models of care, Leeds

Visit 6: Sheffield Shared Haeomodialysis team

Visit 7: Recovery College Kirklees

Visit 8: Mental Health Concern, Newcastle

Afternoon: Conversational Conference, Leeds (13.30 – 16.30)

13.30 – 14.30 Sharing Learning from the Visits: A Working lunch

All the visits come together with the hosts for a deep dive into 'what works'.

14.30 – 15.30 Making coproduction a reality
