Sports ClubsThe gym also provides therapy services in its Therapy Clinic, personal fitness programmes for members and a large multipurpose Sports Hall for hire. Sports Hall equipment includes: We offer quality gym facilities, services and programmes to LSBU students, staff and the community. There is a large 40+ station Fitness Suite, equipped with SMART Centre Technology for better performance monitoring and progression, as well as a dedicated Free Weights Room complete with a Smith machine, Olympic Bars and Kettle bells.
