Your Radiation Dose Monitor is now due back.

If you have lost your Dose Badge or it has been broken you are required to pay for the lost or damaged badge, as detailed at the start of the year.
This payment is due now.

You will receive an email notification once payment has been received. Please forward a copy of this email to [email protected] as evidence of payment.

Please note once purchased, a monitor is non-refundable, even if your lost badge is found.
In the event of this happening please return your badge to us ASAP and we will deal with it accordingly.
