Please note once purchased, an ID Card is non-refundable, even if you find the original.
Once you have paid for a replacement Card, please collect it from the Student Centre on Borough Road.
You can also purchase this product to replace a lost LSBU Association (Alumni) Card - you will need to collect the replacement from the Security Office in the Borough Road Building.
The original card will be cancelled.
If your Student ID Card was stolen and you have got a Crime Reference Number from the Police, we will replace your Card for free. Please take your Crime Reference Number to the Student Centre on Borough Road.
For lost Staff Cards, please report to the Security Office in the London Road Building - a £5 charge is also payable.
