Arts and Creative Industries
The School of Arts and Creative Industries at London South Bank University are proud to be hosting MeCCSA 2018.
The publishers’ tables will be located in the entrance to the Keyworth Building, which is the main location for all the key activities of the conference – all panels, parallel session and keynotes will take place in that building. This is also the building where we will host a drinks reception on the first evening of the conference and where delegates are expected to come together to eat and network in the scheduled refreshment breaks. We will provide secure overnight space for any publishers’ stock. We expect to produce a glossy programme document, which offers an opportunity for a printed advertisement, in A4 or A5 size. We will list publishers who come to the conference in our web information, and we’ll be providing all delegates and publishers who attend with a contact list. We are expecting this to be a well-attended and busy conference, and we assume our delegates will be seeking information on the latest titles in their field, alongside opportunities for approaching publishers with new proposals based on their research. We know this is a good opportunity for networking; it is perhaps the only time of the year when many media specialists are gathered together in one place, and at the same time prepared to discuss both existing titles and new work.
If you are interested in any of the above sponsorship opportunities, or would like to discuss these further, please feel free to contact me using the details below.
