The fee of £250 is for a 12 month period of monitoring. Before sitting the RIBA part 3 examination, it is now mandatory that students have recorded 24 months minimum of practical training on the RIBA PEDR format. 12 of these months must be post part 2.
The PEDR record sheets should be offered for counter signature by the school’s PSA every 3 months.
