Detailed Description

​There will be three modules leading to the certificate, Sugarpaste techniques, Royal icing techniques and wired sugar flowers at Intermediate level. 

Each module will be practical based individual work, with a folder presentation of design, planning and photographic evidence. Each module will have an end point Assignment.

At the end of each module you will receive a Certificate, When all three modules are completed then you will receive a certificate of the National Bakery School in Sugar craft.​
