Overview
A skilled coach or mentor is an invaluable asset to any organisation. As well as increasing confidence and motivation, ILM’s coaching and mentoring qualifications improve management performance, conflict resolution and communication and interpersonal skills.
This course will cover a combination of theory, practice and evaluation, linked to the online materials, with a significant element of coaching practice. This will involve participants working in threes, playing the roles of coach, coachee and observer. Topics will draw from progress in the online learning and will cover:
